By accessing or using Gaelic Dispatch (the “Website”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

Minimum age: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Website. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be responsible for your use.

We may provide additional rules for certain features (for example, workshop registration requirements). Those rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference when you use that feature.

Gaelic Dispatch is an educational and inspiration platform focused on creative children’s spaces, nursery wall styling, removable wall decor education, storytelling-inspired room themes, and family-friendly interior planning. Our content may include articles, checklists, planning templates, and workshop information.

The Website is not a professional design consultancy and does not provide on-site inspections, building advice, or guarantees of outcomes. Any examples, measurements, and recommendations are general in nature. You remain responsible for assessing what is suitable for your home, including wall type, paint finish, humidity conditions, and the age and needs of children using the space.

Workshops and sessions (where offered) are educational. They may include demonstrations, planning exercises, and Q and A. We may adjust workshop schedules, format, and content to reflect instructor availability, venue constraints, or participant needs.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Website.

• You will provide accurate information when submitting a contact request or workshop interest form.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, server infrastructure, or any related systems.
• You will not interfere with the Website’s operation, including by introducing malware, automated scripts, or excessive traffic.
• If accounts are introduced in the future, you agree to maintain the security of your account credentials and to use one account per person.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on information on the Website, including verifying product instructions and safety guidance provided by manufacturers of decals, paints, frames, shelving, and nursery furnishings.

The Website and all content and materials on it, including text, graphics, illustrations, layout, design elements, templates, and code (collectively, “Content”), are owned by Gaelic Dispatch Education Studio or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not allow you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any Content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark without the owner’s permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gaelic Dispatch Education Studio, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Website or Content.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.

The Website may reference third-party tools or services commonly used in analytics and advertising measurement. We may also discuss third-party products in an educational context (for example, general categories of removable wall decor or paints).

If we provide links to third-party websites in the future, those links are provided for convenience only. You agree that the courts of Dublin, Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Website, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Please include your name, a description of the issue, and any relevant dates or supporting information.

If the dispute is not resolved within the 30-day informal period, either party may commence proceedings in accordance with the Governing law and jurisdiction section above.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or attempted to compromise the Website’s security or operation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual property, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law, Dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and will become effective 14 days after posting.
